The Deposit paid will secure the booking and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation by the customer unless three months notice is given when 50% will be refunded.  The balance for the hire of the car is required one week before the date of the wedding.  Please let the hirer know should his services not be required as soon as possible.

In the event of the car becoming unavailable due to mechanical or other reasons, every endeavour will be made to provide a similar alternative. However, should this not be possible all monies will be refunded, and the hirer will not be responsible for any losses other than the hire charge.

No responsibility can be accepted for the loss of property being transported or left in the hire car.
